I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a passion for making a meaningful impact in women lives. I believe healing happens best in a space where a woman feels safe, respected, and truly understood. My approach to therapy is nonjudgmental, collaborative, interactive, and compassionate. I work alongside clients to help them gain insight into their emotions while developing practical, solution-focused coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges. I am deeply sensitive to each client’s unique circumstances and strive to meet them where they are with empathy and care.

Because of my background in women’s health, I am passionate about the wellness of women of all ages. I am devoted to helping women to improve their overall emotional health and hearts.

My Faith
My strong faith in God serves as the foundation of my practice, deeply shaping her therapeutic approach. Grounded in Christian values and beliefs, I recognize the powerful role that spirituality can play in healing, growth, and resilience.
My approach to counseling is empathetic, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I will strive to create a supportive and compassionate environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we work to build the tools necessary to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen emotional well-being, and create meaningful and lasting change.
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from California State University, Dominguez Hills. I also hold a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) in the state of Texas, working under the supervision of Samiyyah Sabu, LPC-S.
Beyond my professional role, I am a loving wife and mother to two daughters, and proud grandmother to three amazing grandchildren. My passion for helping women also extends into my church community, where I enjoy serving in women’s ministry and supporting women on their spiritual and personal journeys.
